Ses premières armes furent au théâtre et, c’est en 1974 qu’Il a découvert la magie avec le coffret de Dominique Webb.
Puis il prend des cours avec Jean Merlin et Gaëtan Bloom.
Devenu magicien semi professionnel, il intervient pendant plusieurs années en Corse au Coralia Club.
Il est l’un des fondateurs du CMS avec Bernard Gomet, Didier Bernard et Philippe Stranart…
