Elle découvre la magie en compagnie de son mari le Docteur Marteret grand collectionneur d‘articles de magie, tours, livres etc… Elle aimait dire qu’elle avait trois vies, La première, une enfance qu’elle a vécue heureuse, la seconde avec la rencontre de son mari le Docteur Marteret qui découvre la magie au contact d’un patient magicien, tous deux deviennent passionnés de magie, sa troisième vie commence au décès de son mari. Elle crée une petite troupe avec ses petits enfants, et elle va la consacrer à s’occuper des autres en entrant chez les petits frères des pauvres qu’elle appelait ses « Vieux Amis », sa quatrième vie a commencé en 2000 quand elle nous a quitté à 94 ans.
